Sixteen digits that survive an audit.
Every batch carries a unique 16-digit code encoding intake date, source, crop category and variety. Daily records track explants initiated, cultures established, contamination and mortality losses, transfers between stages, the laminar flow unit and the operator who worked it — then reconcile final output against expected yield.
Cultures are indexed to rack and shelf, cross-referenced on a catalogue panel, so any batch can be located in the growth room in seconds.

Initiation
Explants sterilised and established on nutrient medium.
Multiplication
Subcultured under laminar flow on a fixed cycle.
Rooting
